joined in progress and must
air, hour by hour, in consecutive order.

start of Local Break #12
which is at approximately 9:54:00 AM Eastern.
- There are three (3) six (6)
minute local breaks per hour
- All local breaks are exactly six
(6) minutes long
- All local breaks float,
but stick close to the :20, :38 and :54
framework.
